Nick Saban retires

My grandparents were originally from from Decatur, I remember visiting relatives when I was 10 and saying to myself that this place is the worst place I have ever visited. 56 years later I have been to 48 states and it still is.
I briefly considered playing D-III college football (before I broke my leg senior year) and one of the places I visited was Millikin University. Nice enough coach and campus … but Decatur? No way.

I haven't looked it up to confirm ('cause I'm too damn lazy), but this stat came up in a Yahoo sports blog:

Since 2000, there have been 24 Super Bowls and 24 college football title games (48 combined). Belichick, Carroll and Saban have coached in 22 of those games (46%) and have won 15 of them (31%).
You don't do your own research?

I'm never a Bama fan, but I do respect Nick Saban.
Sometimes I even like him. This was one of those times ...

I work there, and some days the paper mill is disgusting!
Well, at least you have the Martha Mitchell Museum or shrine or whatever it's called ... or assume you still do. I've wondered more than once if hubby John ever visited Martha's hometown.
