Good for him. I've said it many times on this board, but whenever our paths would cross when he was at the Fresno Bee in the 90s during the Tark era and I would drop in from time to time from Merced, he was extremely nice.

$20M? That's a lot of eff you money. Thanks to social media, all gigs in major sports are basically 24/7. Sounds like he wanted out of the rat race and, with a lot of what's going on at the WWL, wanted out on his own terms.
