It's possible...due in no small part to good fortune, I jumped some crazy circ. number in a year-ish, like 20 times or something. But, to echo many others here, don't let your mindset be circ-centric. What is the JOB at the 50k, what is the JOB at the 100k? Will you have the same freedom to write 30-inch features? How do the workplace cultures compare? How do the cities compare?

You want to be ambitious, of course, and bigger is, most often, better - and better-paid. But: don't set, at age 22 or whatever you are, a Circulation-Achieved Timetable.
