BCS leagues expanding - yeah?

Raycom Sports, as noted above, has not disappeared. It still exists as a subsidiary of Gray Communications and still does production work.

FSU defamed Swofford with a malicious and highly improbable assertion: that he abrogated his responsibilities to 15 institutions in order to ensure his son had a job. This assumes he feared or had reason to fear that his son would have had trouble finding work again if Raycom folded.

Let's assume that it can be proven in court that John Swofford was a crook and the contracts with Raycom were sweetheart deals. The ACC schools were all victims equally, not just FSU and Clemson. More importantly Raycom has disappeared and there is no one with deep enough pockets to sue.

Raycom is still here. They are still flipping the rights to ACC games for profit and still not sharing a dime of it

It's funny. Forbes did more to accuse Swofford of shady business practices because of nepotism than FSU...in a story they wrote in 2012!
