Re placeholder heds: At the small daily where I worked until last year, there was a legendary story about our sports desk guy waiting for the Lakers game to end and the story to move, and he put as the hed "Laker hed goes here doofus-breath." You can guess the end of that story: He quickly flows in the story right before deadline and forgets to change the hed. It went out in the print edition like that.
