Favorite single scene in a movie

The Rocky training montage where he runs up the steps is bad-ash too.

Almost any of the fights in any Rocky movie stop me in my tracks when I see them on TV. Even the street fight in Rocky V has some great, quotable lines in it.
But Rocky IV is the king of them all. The entire Drago fight is epic. But my favorite part is the speech Duke gives Rocky before the last round. Hell, any inspirational speech that Duke gives Rocky makes me want to run through a forkin' brick wall. Duke is the man.

Even though there are some huge plot holes in it, the bank robbery scene in Heat is up there.

When Red (Morgan Freeman) narrates Andy's journey through the sewage tube and he comes out in the creek triumphant with his arms raised.
As recreated by Marco Scutaro in Game 7 of the 2012 NLCS.

But the scene that always gets me going in Shawshank - and there are so many to choose from - is Brooks' farewell scene. So beautifully acted. Hell, at least once a day I like to throw out "double bag like the lady says" at a young bagger.

I know I already posted Robert Duvall in Network, but I have so many favorites.

---in Tombstone when Wyatt visits Doc Holliday for the last time. "Thanks for always being there, Doc."
---in Aliens when the marines are first attacked by the creatures and have to fight like hell to get back to their vehicle. "Let's rock!!!!"-Vasquez
--in JFK, Donald Sutherland's 15 minute monologue.

Does not do that scene justice to just watch it on a standard tv.
Huge flatscreen with surround sound, sgd you could have cops at your place within seconds.

Anything with Doc in Tombstone is absolute gold. Val Kilmer killed that role.

One of my favorites from Aliens is a much quieter scene. It's when the marines wake up from their cryosleep. Just the banter and interplay is so normal and human, and this little two-minute scene makes you care about all of these largely nameless characters that are going to be slaughtered in the first act.
Apone in particular steals this scene. His "Another beautiful day in the Corps bit" is a great line to bust out when you're facing a shipty day at work, and "Look into my eye" has become one of my favorite ways to playfully flip someone off.
