It's a choice I made in '07 to get out and '08 to get back, and a choice I hope everybody else makes every time out. It's $15 bucks well spent.
 
I always keep bottles of Gatorade in the fridge. Before you go to bed, drink one of those bottles. It starts fighting the dehydration while you're sleeping.

The other option is drinking Gatorade when you wake up. But the thought of Gatorade for breakfast is not appealing.

drop a little vodka in the blue gatorade. better than advertised.

Agreed. Have a glash of water for every alcoholic drink you take in during the course of the night. I second the Gatorade, as well. The morning after, wake up and drink three glashes of water, and after each glash take a Tylenol. Not Advil, not Aleve, but Tylenol. Then head to the gym for about 40 minutes of cardio.
