forkABUNCHA MOTHER NATURE.

70 and gorgeous here yesterday.
Now 39 and cold wind blowing out of north at 35.....gusts to 60.

Hour north of us in Blizzard Warning.

Here in North Texas, I can tell you what the weather will be pretty much every day from mid-May to mid-September -- hot as hell and little to no rain.

The rest of the year, there's no telling. It can be 80-plus one day and 20 the next, with rain, hail, tornadoes, snow, ice, or sleet all on the table.

Crazy winds around here today, especially considering it's the Northwest. Some gusts topped 80 mph. A couple deaths in the region from falling trees/limbs, and hundreds of thousands without power.

Somehow, my shop was not among the power outages, so we "enjoyed" scrambling to throw a huge paper together amid the breaking storm story.

First, let me just say that I may be the biggest pussy in the Northern Hemisphere when it comes to cold weather. Or even cool weather.
I'm telling you it could be 100 all year round, and that would be delightful with me.
Friday, it was 96 and sunny here. Just a gorgeous day.
As of this post, it is raining like a cow Pishing on a flat rock, and 56 degrees.
Rubbish.
