I'm one of those people that cannot handle more than a couple of tastes at a time without going into gag reflex.

Borscht is about 20 flavors. Practically the most un-BTExpress item you could serve me. Wife tried to explain that to her mother several years ago. "But he'll like MY borcht,'' she insisted. "No, mama, it doesn't work like that . . . "

I have brought this up before here or somewhere, I don't know, but the majority of my wife's family is stupid conservative and always has been. I have known them for 30 years at this point. They have always acted and talked, just quietly, like Trump. They have always felt this way -- but they will be really nice to your face. I haven't seen them do it yet, but Trump obviously has given many the reason to say and do those quiet parts out loud. It's probably why he is so darn popular with Republicans in general because he let them finally be themselves.

There may be some who voted on policy or whatever, but I don't see how you separate his supporters from the bad. You support him and you are supporting bad things. Period.

I also think that many will realize this, especially if it was more support on policy (whatever that is) or principal or just because GOP!, that will eventually go, um, this isn't good. But most of the things I have seen still support. Like real people on real news items or social posts. Lots of what laws are being broken or look at all the fraud! So we are far from the mash supporter really questioning anything.

I think you are correct on this. I also think Trump just continually hammers his message on the border, everything is Biden's fault, etc., whether it's true, he believes it or not. People get pummeled by the message and forget that almost none of it is true.

The Make America Great Again slogan has become the best known political moniker in what a century or longer? It spun off other slogans - Make America Healthy Again, Make America Safe Again and became a joke and parody (Make America Bait Again) for Sharknado fans. Biden had Build Back Better but not much came from it.

They may call it a strategic partnership to best utilize their powers to dominate the world, or whatever but it certainly seems we've been taken over by an oligarch with Russian backing. Trump orders DOJ to fire all remaining Biden-appointed US attorneys

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday that he directed the Justice Department (DOJ) to dismiss all remaining U.S. attorneys from former President Joe Biden's era, claiming unprecedented politicization.

The president posted on Truth Social, "Over the past four years, the Department of Justice has been politicized like never before. Therefore, I have instructed the termination of ALL remaining 'Biden Era' U.S. Attorneys. We must 'clean house' IMMEDIATELY, and restore confidence. America's Golden Age must have a fair Justice System - THAT BEGINS TODAY!"

If and when any attorneys went after Trump, it was because of his own legally judged criminal actions. It is amazing how he just continues to pretend that that was not so.
