Times reports Trump is giving Musk access to DoD war plans for China, where he does have business interests to say the least. This is about as close to treason as you could get in peacetime. If I'm on the Joint Chiefs or levels well below that, I might be having discreet conversations in secure facilities about just how secure the White House is, anyway. Or Mar-a-Lago, that'd be easy.

Depends on what Muskrat does with the info. If he spills to Xi, that's treason (and stupid business acumen). If he keeps it to himself and makes business moves accordingly, the worst you could nail him for is insider trading, and Stinky will pardon him quicker than you can say Wi Tu Lo.
