RIP Burt Young

RIP … waiting for Springsteen by the limo in the sky.

He had many great lines in the Rocky franchise, but this is his best scene.

Have to admit ... I thought he died a while ago.

Same for Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, but I saw some clickbait today that said he's touring.

Wow 86? I thought he was Young…

Man he's got a laundry list of credits but he always had that one role. What's funny is I probably saw him in a bunch of his gigs but never really could pick him out. Mark of a good actor. I couldn't say: oh hey, I remember him!

RIP

A little bit of before he was famous Burt Young ...

"Across 110th Street" ... what a movie (and soundtrack). Paul Benjamin (the shooter here) is amazing in it.

Apparently, Young also was a professional boxer, and claimed he was unbeaten in 14 bouts.

This was a deleted scene from Rocky Balboa, but Young puts on a great performance. RIP

Played a loan shark collector in at least two movies (Rocky II and The Gambler). Made for that kind of role.
