Well the finale did one thing right: I really need to see next season for the epic battle.
The ending felt like an elaborate "last time in Westeros." I wish we got the sea battle they were building toward.

My wife has said this about the entire season. She got so frustrated by how slowly things were moving that she cheated and read the Cliff's Notes for the book (or is it books?-- I don't know).
