Thrown out of a game for stealing a phone

I don't think any of this happened. MAYBE someone in the press box misplaced their phone and was looking for it, and you concocted this whole story and came here in a need for attention.

Consider what you're saying ...

1) There were a bunch of phones sitting on the counter in the press box
2) You picked 1 up and put it in your pocket, without having any memory of doing so
3) You were so focused on the game that you didn't notice this phone in your pocket being called and pinged
4) The calling and pinging were so noticeable that this administrator asked you to look in a specific pocket, where you had this missing phone
5) You have a changing story about whether you also had your phone at the time, or you put your phone in this pile of phones
6) After all this, you think this administrator owes you an apology

Not one of these things makes any sense to have happened. But all of them? Complete bullship.

I have hearing in only one ear, my phone can ring or buzz or ding and be right near me and I still am not sure where it is coming from. I may not be the best person here to supply your defense, but that is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Valid point.

But even if you couldn't place where it is coming from, as a phone continued to ring or buzz or ding without it being stopped by anyone, wouldn't you one time pull out your phone to see if it was yours?

So tell me what you think happened.

Well, in this day and age, what with all the security, etc., built into smartphones, you'd have to be dumber than a forkin' fencepost to try to steal one. So ...
