Week 4 NFL: Aaron Rodgers asks fans to join the demonstrations

Four games in (I know we still have one games left), but who's overrated? Bills?

Time to panic? Giants, Dallas? Pats? Tennessee?
Biggest surprise? Houston? Denver? Rams?

I don't know what's more stunning; Watson's play or the fact Bill O'Brien actually started Tom Savage!
Denver is a big surprise for me, but probably shouldn't be. Great defense, powerful running game and solid QB play. I think they'll win the division.

The Pats are still the favorite, because the Steelers can't beat them in a meaningful game. I;m not too worried about the Steelers. They are 3-1. No, they shouldn't have lost to the Bears. But it's one game. The DLine is playing well and the LB play is none too shabby as well.

Avoid a let down with Jacksonville this week and see what they do with the Chiefs.

The Steelers finally got a look at their starting front seven together Sunday. Dupree missed the opener and Tuitt got his first significant playing time after being hurt on the second play against the Browns. Watt also missed a week. If that defense is going to get them anywhere, it will be because they take away the run and pressure the passer. They did that most of the day against the Ravens, but still gave up two big runs on stretch plays. Tighten that up and they could be dangerous.

I think the Patriots should be worried. If Atlanta never passed the ball in the Super Bowl once up 28-3, there would be a different champion coming into this season. And the Pats defense has looked as awful as it did in the Super Bowl. One of their two wins came on a TD in the final minute. Can't give up 30 a game and think you're a contender.

I'm really glad he sucks in Miami, too. If he'd gone there and performed, I would have been convinced that Chicago is simply a black hole for quarterbacks and no one will ever succeed here.

To be fair, Miami since Marino hasn't exactly been a breeding ground for success. They're like the functional alcoholic version of the Browns.

For biggest surprise, how about the Jets? Everyone expected them to be historically bad and not only are they 2-2 but there's a better than average chance they can go into a Week 9 game at home against the Bills with a shot at first place. Their next four games include two against craptastic teams (at Cleveland and at Miami), one in Week 6 against New England (should be a loss, but the Pats can't stop anybody right now) and Week 8 at home against Atlanta (again, it should be a loss but the Falcons got beat up yesterday so who knows what they'll look like going forward).
I can see them going into that Bills game at 4-4 or even 5-3 if they can steal either New England or Atlanta.
They'll fall apart in the second half when the schedule gets a lot tougher, but for a team that there was serious question whether they'd go 0-16 this season they're doing all right for themselves.

As for panicking, I don't know that losing two games on field goals at the gun to decent teams makes you awful, but the Giants are still 0-4 and have a rough stretch coming up (at Denver, Seattle and the Rams at home, sandwiched around a bye week at a spot where "re-evaluating" is often done). I can see them being at 1-9 or 2-7 after that Week 9 Rams game and things taking the New York express train to heck. If they lose at home to the Chargers this week, it's only going to get worse.

These are first world problems for a 3-1 Rams team, but get your shirt together regarding a color scheme.
If you are going with the white helmet, ditch the gold.

30+ in one game > 30+ in every game.

Pats have given up 30+ in every game for an average of 32. No matter how good Tom Brady is, that ain't gonna work.

The 2016 Falcons allowed 30+ points six times -- including three times in their first four games, same as these Pats -- and for the season gave up the sixth-most points in the NFL.

The Pats have issues. All teams do. But they're still the AFC favorites.
