Good Deeds....

According to Saban's wife, Miss Terry, the organization was giving away "about $600,000″ on Wednesday. That money was destined for a variety of nonprofits that benefit children.

Just because he calls his wife "Miss Terry" doesn't mean every media outlet in the state should.

Unfortunately, bad news gets most of the attention. How about a good deed thread? Moddy shut it down if it doesn't make sense.

I'll start with Taylor Swift who just exited our neck of the woods after two jam packed shows of 60,000 each (I went with my two sons 8 yrs ago when she was here and she's a great performer (son was a huge fan then and client gave me free tickets to the suite)):

Taylor Swift Reportedly Gave Eras Tour Truckers $100,000 Bonus

Nice to see her, per the article, practice some "trickle down" economics.
Saw her perform in the rain at the Meadowlands with my daughter on the Reputation tour four or five years ago and she put on a tremendous show. Glad I was able to give my daughter that memory because I ain't drop a grand to see her nowadays lol.

Ohhhh good thread jack.

We saw her in Denver earlier this month - paid face value for tickets. I think TS is an amazing songwriter and performer. But if I saw her again, it wouldn't be in a stadium. I paid to hear Tay sing her songs. Instead I got to hear 73,000 fans sing her songs, and Taylor happened to be in the building at the same time.

Funny. My daughter got annoyed with people singing along. She sat there and just stared in amazement as TS performed, prompting me more than once to ask if she was OK lol.
