From what I've been picking up, both Mogilny and Theo Fleury burned a lot of bridges and don't get serious consideration.

Paul Henderson has never cracked the club. Some people think he's a no brainer, others point to an NHL career that isn't exceptional. I've also heard that being an outspoken evangelical pissed people off, although that may be from Henderson himself.
