I don't think its a gambling thing. Its a trademark on the term Super Bowl.
A restaurant franchise can hold a drawing for tickets and air fare, and the still call it "the Big Game" because they haven't paid the Shield for the rights to use the term.

How about calling it the "Let's Get Ready to Rumble!! Party"?? Oh that's copyrighted too. Stupid. Way too many copyrights/trademarks.

I'm sharing this mostly because I'm amused when Cowherd reveals himself to be an idiot, which is quite often. Apparently, Joe Burrow has small hands and his arm isn't strong enough to make up for that issue.

He was good in Portland - really wasn't a contrarian for contrarian's sake kind of guy, or a "hot take" guy - if anything he was anti-hot take guy back then. But you get paid big bucks, you have to come up with "bigger opinions." The people who really should get paid big are the folks on the set who have to sit there and act like Cowherd is spewing the meaning of life.
