NFL Week 13 -- What About Love?

There have been a couple of catches every bit as good as Beckham's this season.

My guess is that we're so inundated every week with great catches--none of which we have to see in real time to absorb--that we forget most of them in real time. If Joe Tight End made a Dwight Clark-esque in week 7 of the 1981 season and it wasn't in our local market, we wouldn't see it until Monday night or maybe the pregame shows the following Sunday. Now RedZone means we can see water cooler moments two minutes after they happen.

I know the one-handed catches are pretty and amazing, but if you can hold onto the ball after getting drilled… to me, that's more impressive.

Cripes put the man on a golf cart instead of carrying him.
It was reported that a cart was available and he refused to take it. Wanted to walk into the locker room even if it meant two guys helping him.

The Jaguars have a better chance at winning this game with Bobby Beathard playing qb than CJ Beathard.
Beathard was 9 of 10 pashing. And if it had not been for a weak holding call on Anton Harrison, a 40-yard completion from Beathard to Ridley inside the 3 would not have been nullified and the Jags likely win. Not sure what game you were watching.

This is hilarious but Beathard looked great coming in cold for his first real action since 2020. The backup QB nearly pulling off that win is the sign of a well-run team. Unlike, say, the New York forking Jets.

CFL star Nathan Rourke will be the better option there
