"Sweet Caroline" by Neil Diamond - I'm a Red Sox fan and I hate that song - especially when they're losing 10-0 at home and they play that fucking song in the eighth inning. I mean, come on.

I think "Little Willy" by The Sweet gets a bad rap. It's not a bad melody, taking the lyrics out of the equation. Lots worse crap on AM radio in the spring of 1973, I'm sure.

For awhile, she and Katy Perry seemed to be in a race to make the most annoying sounds on a song…but the “oh awoah oh” is still the worst.

I don’t want to speak ill of the dead, but she ruined this song. It has been covered several times since by less annoying bands, and it actually turns into a half-decent song.
