Week 13 college football thread: Don’t It Make My Buckeyes Blue?

This is somehow going to end up with Alabama in, isn't it?

I have that sinking feeling, especially if LSU does go on to lose to Texas A&M tonight. Of course, that would be crap. LSU beat them and no matter what happens tonight, it will be the Tigers playing Georgia for the SEC Championship.

Georgia, Michigan, TCU, and USC all belong ahead of Alabama. Even with the ugly loss today, Ohio State probably belongs ahead of the Tide, too.

If LSU wins, then loses to Georgia, the Tigers still belong ahead of the Tide but idiots wanting to sneak Alabama into the playoff will point to the three losses and ignore that LSU won head-to-head and it was the team in the conference championship game.

If Oregon State hangs on, and Washington wins tonight, how does that three-way tiebreaker between Oregon, Washington and Utah sort out for the second spot in the Pac-12 championship game?

A correction to my earlier answer: if Washington wins, Utah is in the championship. If Wazzu wins, Oregon is in.

LSU is doing its part to eliminate another contender from the playoff debate.

My top 5 would be*
1. Georgia
2. Michigan
3. TCU
4. USC
5. tOSU

Likely Top 5 until after conference championships*
1. Georgia
2. Michigan
3. TCU
4. tOSU
5. USC

*Assuming USC doesn't choke in the second half
