A simple segment like "Why this play worked" would be interesting with Saban.
He's at his best on "Why this coverage didn't work" so he can take a dental pick and scrape at every defensive back on the screen. It's so petty and glorious.

I have to wonder how a guy as tightly wired, focused, and on time as Saban is will deal with all the delays, sitting around waiting, and various bullshirt.
The difference between coaching and being a talking head is that for coaches, time outs are not breaks in the action; they are opportunities to talk to players and other coaches to make improvements, etc. On a TV set, things don't work that way. He's dealt with this stuff for three decades.

When's the last time a power 5 head coach left to become a coordinator at another college? Maybe it is recent and I missed it.Most UCLA fans won't miss him, but what a shirtty time to leave for he program.
Voluntarily, probably close to zero in the P5. Happens more often where it's a big step up, like say a G5 HFC to a P5 OC or DC. But coaches get fired all the time and land as a coordinator somewhere else. When's the last time a power 5 head coach left to become a coordinator at another college?
