DeBoer hires sitting head coaches at South Alabama and Buffalo for his coordinators. I don't think two FBS coaches have quit to become coordinators (albeit at a big-time program) before.

I think DeBoer did the UB AD a favor. Team had languished under him since he took over for Leopold and they probably get some buyout cash.

Would have liked to see them compete for the FCS title. Ivy League needs to be sued for preventing FB from competing for a national title like every other Harvard team.
