I want it as soon as possible, which for me—my job* and my age—means I will probably not get it right away because I won't fit into the key demographics they're worried about.

*For teaching, I should be second in line behind healthcare workers and first responders but we'll see

Tried it. Didn't like it. Don't want it again, but I work where the chances of that happening are pretty high.

I figure Mrs. NC is first group or early second. Over 65, several risk factors, immune impaired. I need to e-mail a couple of the immune guys at UAB and get their ashessment of the various vacs, see if one looks to be better for her. We'll get her immunized asap, and pray it takes.

I'm not over 65 yet, so probably second to early third wave. I'd prefer a little time to watch the news reports for complications, try to ashess the different vaccines, but I'm not going to fool around long either.

I'm probably in the 3rd level of priorities, so I'm not likely to get it for a couple months, but as soon as I move up the list, let me have it.

I want to make sure there's no deleterious effects for people who have already had it, but by the time they get to 36 year olds with no pre-existing conditions who have already had it, it will be June and we'll know by then. And I'll have my sleeve already pulled up and telling them to hurry up and stab me.
