To your point, fear-mongering Birx basically said if you left your house on Thanksgiving, you should ashume you have it and get tested. Yet, it's still not easy at all to get tested in my burg. You have to lie and say you've been exposed to someone who has it to get a test. This is a problem.

Sounds like an April restriction.
In Virginia, yes. At least in Richmond. It should be easy to get a test but it isn't. And we're nine months into this bullship.
 
My wife might be in the late first to early second wave of people getting vaccinated.

Me? Probably mid third.
