IIRC he's released some music since he began to preach.

Watching the "Give It To Me Baby" video now gives you as much insight into who Rick James was as the Chappelle sketches.

We went to his church several years ago, and it was an experience. Once Green finally came out, he read one short scripture and then preached/sang his way through a long sermon without ever looking at notes. If you go, you won't be the only fanboi there. There were plenty of us in attendance that Sunday morning.
