Gotta love Twitter. Chargers fans are still whining about Cameron Heyward not getting thrown out for falling on Herbert, for which he was penalized, even though their guys laid out two Steelers with illegal hits to the head that were not penalized. I was under the impression that launching yourself at a defenseless player's head was a no-no these days. Apparently not. (Yes, the fact that the league hasn't addressed either play is annoying me.)
I think the hit on Najee Harris was posted earlier, but here it is again. It's not like the defender can claim Harris lowered his head. He was in mid-air.
Here is Cameron Sutton's play on NFL.com. Interesting that the replay stops right before the slow motion of the Chargers' offensive lineman drilling him in the head, knocking Sutton's helmet off.
