That was an abysmal non-call. That looks like the kind of play they use to show what targeting is.
Another side effect was that the Cal quarterback was shaken up by the hit so they had to use their last timeout, which sort of came into play after Miami got the lead.

Hadn't seen this. The U not being called for targeting and turning it into a win is a plot twist.
 
My Hoosiers are in a three-way tie for 18th in the new AP poll. There's also a tie for 11th. Am I crazy or have there never been multiple ties in a poll? Are there fewer overall votes now?
