Cop more than likely takes a 5 a.m. 'roid shot before heading to this duty because that's his daily routine before hitting the gym. That's not normal behavior.

In this day and age, with cameras everywhere, why do clowns think they'll get away with it?? Diddy meet stupid cop. I'm glad for Scottie that he's been proven to be wronged (well he did commit a traffic violation but that certainly didn't justify a cop trying to smash his windshield with the flashlight and then getting hauled out of the car and cuffed.)
The video sure looks like when Scottie first starts leaving the lane and I don't see any dragging….hmmmThat translates as "do you WANT to have a deep dive into this clown's career? Because we're getting the receipts. Drop the charges or your already disreputable police department is going to see some more unhappy headlines."
