College football week 14 thread: ATLiens

Went down the rabbit hole today studying the ESPN Playoff Predictor.
It basically says:
1) Pac is guaranteed of a spot. But that comes at a slight cost. There's no really viable scenario in which both Washington and Oregon make it. Winner is in. Loser is out.
2) If I'm doing the math correctly, it says Alabama only has a 39.3% chance to make it even if it beats Georgia. That's because the predictor anticipates heavy favorites Michigan, Texas and FSU will all win and will squeeze out the Tide.
3) If Oklahoma State takes out Texas and Alabama defeats Georgia, the predictor can't make up its mind between Ohio State and Georgia.

Touted freshman Michigan State QB from Oregon meets with the new HC today, says he's pissed the new HC didn't recruit him when he coached at OSU, and says he's entering the portal. Their other QB is also bailing.

Good times!

At this point, why wouldn't everybody enter the transfer portal every year?

Jeff Goodman's list of basketball scholarship recipients transferring from Division I schools after last season has about 1,500 names. Of them, one-third didn't find a new Division I home.

There's a Pop Tarts Bowl? Oh, my.

There is not only a Pop Tarts Bowl, but after the trophy presentation the winning team gets to break off pieces of the bowl mascot and eat them. I shirt you not. Beats a mayonnaise bath I suppose.
