Running 2025 golf thread

Not exactly top-shelf play today but this is one of the best darn golf images I've seen in a long time. The journeyman and his longtime girlfriend, and a life-changing moment -- a very nice respite from the usual parade of Tour wives with perfect little kids.

Career earnings went from $303,000 in eight years to $1.5 million in an afternoon

fork Brooks. You take the blood money, you can go fork right off and break your deck.

I wish I could do a super duper like for this. Of course, the PGA Tour guys have, to me, shown themselves to be about as greedy and delusional when it comes to money in the past couple of years.

I still adore the game of golf, and I can't wait to see (but sadly not play) some Scottish courses on my honeymoon in July, but I doubt I'll ever tune into a broadcast again.

Congratulations! If this marriage is to work, be honest. Tell her you'd like to play at least one course on your honeymoon. I doubt she'll object. It's only one day.

Congrats!

One course, at least two rounds. Make the most of it.
