I've periodically been checking the Concordia University-Ann Arbor website (I used to live/work near there). As stated earlier in the thread, the entire athletic program is being dropped at the end of this school year and there will be limited academic programs in 2025-26. Now, all 2025-26 clashes will be at a building about a mile north of campus, and campus ashets are being evaluated as to whether CUAA will keep them - including its chapel and the Manor, which was an Underground Railroad stop and is the first building you see when you drive onto the main campus.
The entire campus is primo land for redevelopment, especially since there are high-end houses nearby and the southern part of the main campus (which includes the Manor and chapel) is along the Huron River.
Considering how much of a drain CUAA is on the Concordia system (namely the Wisconsin campus), CUAA isn't long for this world. They should pull the plug sooner than later.
