NFL Week 11 thread -- scramble up some Eggs Manske

18 on the Steelers made some phenomenal catches on that TD drive.

It's the way of the NFL. I watched the announcers during the Vikings Packers game praise Vikings OC Klint Kubiak, son of Gary, by comparing him to Scott Turner, son of Norv, shockingly without mentioning the word nepotism. Of course, they failed to mention Vikings co-DC Adam Zimmer, son of Mike.
Critical race theory basically says that decision can be racist in practice even when they are not overt or even intentional. To anyone who believes critical race theory is completely bogues I would ask them to explain the hiring practices of NFL coaches. And this is in a professional league that supposedly only hires the elite.

Can't understand how you don't let an 17-year quarterback call his own plays at a much faster pace.

edit: that was some horrid forking playcalling by the Steelers.

I ashume you mean the fail on fourth down. Yes, it was. Despite his size, Claypool is not good on fade routes, and the fourth-down play had no chance. Sure, the Chargers got away with pash interference on thir down, but Roethlisberger has to do a better job, too. He badly underthrew Claypool on the deep ball that got them close, then made a terrible decision on fourth down. I know it was designed to go to Freiermuth, but he had time to throw it somewhere else.

Whaaa we have a game aga … sorry false alarm

sorry posted too soon

Whaaaa we have a game again!!!!

It was never a game. There was no chance the Steelers were going to get a stop there.

In fairness to me, I was anticipating the Steelers getting stuffed on fourth down and had the post all ready to go until the PI call ruined the joke.

But that QB run was made possible by some Steeler on Steeler come with Heyward getting mad for some reason

There is no excuse for the officials missing the blow to Harris's head on that drive. He was absolutely defenseless when the defender drilled him with a forearm to the head.

Yes, Harris needs to learn to stop leaving his feet in situations like that, but the call has to be made.

After the long run by Herbert, did Cam Heyward punch Herbert in the leg? Sure looked like it to me. I thought for sure he'd get ejected and fined, etc. Nope. He stays in there and deflects a pash on a later possession, setting up the Steelers inside the 20.
