PIL could've been what the Sex Pistols evolved into. I play "Never Mind the Bollocks" once in awhile and think how relatively tame it sounds nowadays, but what a groundbreaking album.

Baby Frances Bean was a staple of NME in the very early 1990s even before Cobain met his demise. She is probably a few months older than Taylor Swift.

EDIT: Frances was born in 1992 so a few years younger than Swift, obviously. Seattle years are faster than Missouri years so there.
